15 Minutes of Your Time

Fifteen minutes of your time. What can you create with that? You can certainly create better health by doing some abdominal crunches, or you can jump start your car. In 3000 seconds, you can create your purpose in life. In the new year that is progressing, the question I pose is what did I do with that precious 3000 seconds to propel myself forward in living the life I want to live.

I mentioned jump starting your car as a possible activity needed to be done, especially in the cold weather some of us have. You have one dead battery and one juiced up one. Then there's the jumper cable. To do any good the two have to be connected. The new year is a great time to connect with those people who can be the jumper cable, the juiced up battery in a particular area of your life.

So what is your area you need some juice for. Take 15 minutes in a quiet space and ask yourself. There are people around you who love you and see the value you have to give to the world. When you see it...feel it deep inside...then do it. Smile now....you have just made the world a better place to live.
